FAQ

Q1: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for game production?

Our MOQ depends on the complexity of the game and components. Typically, it starts from 300 units, but we can discuss specific requirements and options during the project consultation.

Q2: What file formats do you accept for artwork and design submissions?

We accept a variety of file formats, including but not limited to PDF, AI, PSD, and high-resolution image files (JPEG or PNG). One thing notice, the higher pixels, the better printing effect.

Q3: What is the production timeline?

The production timeline based on the complexity and quantity of your order. Normally when we confirmed all design and components, the card games and playing cards takes around 15 days, and board game, jigsaw puzzle takes around 20-25 days.

Q4: Do you provide sample first?

Yes, we provide sample production services to help you test and refine your game concept before bulk production.

There are some pros and cons of making a sample

Advantages:

Help you check whether the design content and structure of the product are correct

Helps you check and avoid easily overlooked details that may occur before producing large quantities of goods

Helps you judge whether materials and quality meet expectations

Help you evaluate different materials and printing effects to confirm the requirements for the final product

Disadvantages:

The printing color of the sample will be slightly different from the mass product. (Normally we make digital printing sample, the printing machine is different from the professional CMYK printing machine. When we print bulk printing, we can adjust the color based on your requirment. However, the digital printing machine can’t be control. If you prefer the more similar color, we can also provide bulk production sample. Compared, the cost will be higher than digital printing sample.)

Extend the final time you get your product

The production period for the samples is generally 7 days after the design is confirmed, so the cycle for you to get a sample is about 14 days (including logistics time), taking into account the production cycle of bulk goods and sea transportation time (usually about 2 months), so if you have requirements on the deadline to get the product, it is recommended that you set aside sufficient time.

Q5: Can you handle custom components and accessories for games?

Absolutely. We can manufacture custom components such as miniatures, meeples, dice, and tokens, as well as accessories like custom game boxes, inserts, and player aids.

Q6: Do you support custom components and accessories?

Absolutely. We can manufacture custom components such as miniatures, meeples, dice, and tokens, as well as accessories like custom game boxes, inserts, and player aids.

Q7: What is your approach to intellectual property (IP) protection?

We take IP protection seriously. We can sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to safeguard your game's unique concepts and designs. Your intellectual property remains your own.
