If you're happy with the basic quote, you're all set! Generally, the game OEM requires a MOQ (minimum order quantity) of 300 sets.

Size of the component
Material of the component
If you are not sure about the above information for some product parts, or you need to know the cost of different materials or sizes of the same part first. We can provide you with relevant advices based on our professional experience in making games, and we can also provide you with quotes for multiple versions of the same part for you to compare.
If necessary, in addition to product quotations, we can also caculate for you with freight quotations based on your needs, such as: EXW, FOB, DDP... (see Step 5 Shipping for details)

STEP 1
GET YOU QUOTATION

The cornerstone of crafting an exceptional game lies in well-prepared design files. Our meticulous Design Verification process guarantees the readiness of your files for production. A dedicated game factory prepress specialist will meticulously assess your print files, ensuring they align with our design standards and fulfill your artistic vision.

If you don’t have your own design, don’t worry! Please tell us your ideas for the game boldly, our experienced project managers and designers can communicate with you about the details of the game and work hard to convert your ideas into design documents .
STEP 2
DESIGN CONFIRMATION
If you have your own design, then you only need to send your design file to us, and our designers will check for you whether it can be used for printing (1. Whether the pixels of the file meet the printing standard. 2. Whether the format is correct .3. Is there any bleeding line), and provides you with free design adjustments and adding bleeding lines and other services.
Regarding Non-disclosure Agreements (NDA), you may worry that your design content may be disclosured. Please don’t worry. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement with you before sending your design files to ensure the protection of your design assets. In addition Photography is prohibited outside our printing production line.
In addition, we can also provide you with design renderings if needed. Helps turn your 2D design into a 3D rendering so you can view the product from different angles and check whether the product design is correct.

The production period for the samples is generally 7-14 days after the design is confirmed, so the cycle for you to get a sample is about 20 days (including logistics time), taking into account the production cycle of bulk goods and sea transportation time (usually about 2 months), so if you have requirements on the deadline to get the product, it is recommended that you set aside sufficient time.

Samples are sometimes needed. If you are customizing a product for the first time and are not very familiar with the product process, or you want to compare different materials and printing effects, it is necessary to make a sample first before producing mass products. Here are the pros and cons of making a sample, hopefully it will help you decide whether you need it.

Advantages:
Help you check whether the design content and structure of the product are correct
Helps you check and avoid easily overlooked details that may occur before producing large quantities of goods
Helps you judge whether materials and quality meet expectations
Help you evaluate different materials and printing effects to confirm the requirements for the final product
STEP 3
SAMPLE PRODUCTION
Disadvantages:
The printing color of the sample will be slightly different from the mass product
Extend the final time you get your product
(For explanations and solutions to the disadvantages, please refer to F&A)
Samples counld be unnecessary. If you want to skip the sample and place a bulk order directly, our project manager will communicate with you in real time during the production process to try to avoid possible problems. In addition, depending on the content of your order, we can include complimentary samples of some the plastic, wood, metal, dice, and other non-printed components, ensuring you have a comprehensive version of your game for evaluation. we'll patiently await your feedback!

Our mass production period will vary depending on your product. The production period for cards is generally about 20 days, for board games is generally 25-30 days.
The specifics will vary depending on how the complexity of your game. Once you place your order and confirm the final design content, we begin mass production. Print your cards, boards, and boxes; engrave your dice; create your wooden tokens; create your miniatures; and we'll assemble your game, Shrink Wrapping.
